Editorial nature of the Site

Falls Water Fun Guide is an independent visitor journal written by a family. It is not a booking platform. It does not sell tickets, day passes, or reservations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to represent Great Wolf Lodge or any other resort mentioned. Any resort name, image or trademark that may appear on the Site remains the property of its owner and is used only for descriptive, editorial reference.

No commercial transactions

Nothing on the Site is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a contract to sell any product or service. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, no payment page, and no reservation form. If you wish to book anything, please use the resort's own website or telephone them directly.

Personal opinion

Reviews, ratings, and recommendations on the Site are personal opinions of the authors, based on our own visits. Your experience may be different. Do not treat this Site as professional travel advice, safety guidance, or a legal opinion. Any decision you make based on the Site is your own.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including resort websites and official information pages. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Intellectual property

The text and photographs we publish on the Site are our own work, unless clearly credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote a short passage for the purposes of review or personal messaging with attribution and a link back to the Site. Do not republish entire pages without our permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape the Site at industrial rates, submit spam via the contact form, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure. Doing so may result in your IP being blocked.

Governing law
